An agile, young agent from the Counter-Terrorist Unit slyly infiltrates a Mexican drug cartel to free a captured colleague, aided by images from tiny “marshmallow cams” and graphics sent to his cell phone. There’s the familiar ticking clock, windows showing what every character is doing, and lots of people saying “Copy that.”

We’re watching “24,” right?

It’s the Fox series’ online offspring, “The Rookie,” starring Jeremy Valdez as young Jason Blaine, a character first seen in “24’s” fifth season aboard a Russian sub. “It’s sort of like what ‘CSI: Miami’ is to ‘CSI,’ ” says Valdez. “It’s something similar, yet different. It definitely has its own legs.”

Since it has been such a long time since we’ve had any new episodes of 24, it makes updates on this site somewhat… slower? I realize a lot of fans lose interest in between seasons, and so i have decided to create a sister site for 24 Online.

Currently, i have a small selection of media in ZIP files. However, the option to convert the media archive to a streaming archive (similar to youtube etc, better quality) is now available so i have created a poll (visible in the sidebar on the right) that you can vote in to tell me which is preferable.

Elisha Cuthbert returns to TV in CBS drama

LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - Former “24″ heroine Elisha Cuthbert is returning to television as the female lead in CBS’ drama pilot “Ny-Lon.”

Cuthbert will play a New York literacy teacher/record store clerk who embarks on a transatlantic romance with a London stock broker. The project is based on a British series starring Rashida Jones and Steven Moyer.

Honestly? I just couldn’t stand to see the old site online any more. Having designed it well over 3 years ago, it was time for it to go & so i have switched over to the new site earlier than planned… this means, however, there’s quite a few features that are not yet complete and lots more content that has yet to be added!
